Job Description
We are seeking friendly and professional Banquet Server(s) to join our hospitality team. This role involves providing exceptional guest service during events, ensuring a memorable dining experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service, catering, or hospitality environments, with a strong focus on guest relations and food safety. Previous banquet or restaurant experience is preferred. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting, delivering high-quality service at various events and functions. Duties Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and efficient manner during banquets and events Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, and tableware Clear tables and assist with bussing to maintain cleanliness throughout the event Ensure guest needs are promptly addressed, providing excellent customer service and guest relations Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health regulations Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of events from start to finish Qualifications Prior experience in the food industry, catering, or hospitality preferred; banquet or restaurant experience is a plus Strong guest services skills with excellent communication abilities Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining professionalism Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required by event schedules Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads (up to 25 pounds) A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role
