Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and friendly Server/Cashier to join our vibrant team. Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus, and assist with selections to enhance their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Process cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately, including sales transaction processing Upsell menu items like wines, spirits, cocktails, or specialty dishes to increase sales and guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness of tables, bar area, and service stations in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management during busy hours Use reservation systems like OpenTable to coordinate guest seating and waitlist management Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service enhances guest interactions Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest relations professionally and courteously Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing tabs efficiently Experience with food handling, sanitation procedures, and food safety regulations is essential Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous for understanding food preparation processes Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a positive attitude Join our team if you're passionate about hospitality, enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, and thrive in a fast-paced environment!
