Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, a passion for the culinary arts, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor. Provide recommendations on menu items and upsell specials to enhance guest experience. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations through bussing duties. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines during food handling and preparation. Process payments accurately using cash handling procedures. Ability to go verbally go through daily appetizer, entree, and dessert specials for multiple tables throughout the night Opening wine/champagne Qualifications Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred; fine dining experience is a plus.. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices. Culinary experience or kitchen experience is beneficial but not required. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
