Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and attentive Waiter/Waitress to join our dynamic food service team. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining proper beverage service protocols Upsell menu items and suggest pairings to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Process cash and credit card transactions accurately using POS systems like OpenTable or other restaurant-specific software Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, adhering to food safety regulations Assist with food preparation or kitchen tasks when needed, supporting overall restaurant operations Requirements Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments Strong knowledge of beverage service, spirits, wine, and cocktail preparation is desirable Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for order entry and sales processing Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude and guest relations focus Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining attention to detail in math calculations Effective time management skills to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe dining environment Experience with food handling, beverage service, and food industry best practices is advantageous Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or night shifts as required by the restaurant schedule Join us to deliver memorable dining experiences through exceptional service!
