Busser Responsibilities:

Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed; replenishing utensils; refilling water glasses; being alert to patron spills or other special needs. Supports wait staff by setting-up and replenishing condiment stands, trash containers liners, and bus stations. Closes dining room by cleaning chairs and tables; sweeping and/or vacuuming floors; removing trash and recyclables from the facility. Updates job knowledge by participating in staff training opportunities.

Food Runner Responsibilities:

Assists the kitchen and service staff as needed to maintain the highest level of food quality, presentation, and timing. Delivers food to assigned tables. Sets up the front line with the equipment, plateware, and smallwares needed to effectively serve all food products. Garnishes finished entrees according to house specifications and procedures. Assists the expo and other kitchen personnel in accomplishing closing duties and kitchen cleanliness.
