Job Summary Semolina Restaurant is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restaurant industry and possess excellent guest relations skills. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. Responsibilities Greet guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring a warm welcome. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of customer service. Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service areas. Handle cash register transactions accurately, processing payments and providing change as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely delivery to guests. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance their overall experience. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests effectively. Experience Previous experience as a Server in a restaurant is preferred. Familiarity with food handling and sanitation practices is essential. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
