Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to create a welcoming atmosphere Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food, drinks, cocktails, and spirits efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety Upsell menu items including wines, specialty cocktails, and premium dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and sales Process cash and credit card transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling and sales transaction processing Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations and sanitation protocols Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely food preparation and delivery for a seamless dining experience Provide exceptional guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and fostering positive guest relations Assist with food preparation when necessary, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods Manage beverage inventory levels and restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth service flow Experience Previous food service experience in restaurants, fine dining establishments, or nightlife venues such as nightclubs is highly preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Experience with cocktail mixing, spirits service, wine knowledge, and beverage presentation is advantageous Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately and process sales efficiently Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts Proven customer service skills with a friendly attitude and ability to build guest rapport Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment Join us to deliver memorable dining experiences through energetic service and genuine hospitality!
