Duties Greet customers warmly and take their food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Process cash, credit card, and mobile payments efficiently while handling cash register operations with precision. Assist in food preparation tasks when needed, including assembling orders and maintaining food safety standards. Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales through effective suggestive selling techniques. Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation, food safety, and cleanliness standards, including bussing tables and sanitizing work areas. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support food service operations. Manage customer inquiries professionally, providing excellent service while managing food service customer order management seamlessly. Qualifications Previous experience in quick service or fast-food restaurant environments is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; retail math and basic math skills are essential. Demonstrated ability in food handling, food safety management, and sanitation procedures. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask during busy periods. Experience with cashiering, processing cash transactions, and operating kitchen equipment is a plus. Proven customer service skills with a friendly attitude and effective communication abilities. Food preparation or culinary experience is desirable; familiarity with serving in a café or retail store setting is advantageous.
