Server/Waiter

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced food industry environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. You will play a key role in upselling menu items and maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or OpenTable. Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring proper presentation. Sanitate tables, utensils, and other dining areas to maintain health and safety standards. Assist with bussing tables and clearing dishes to ensure a clean dining environment. Handle cash register transactions accurately and responsibly. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of orders. Manage time effectively to balance multiple tables and guest needs during busy shifts. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS or similar platforms, is a plus. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
