Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards Assist in bussing tables and clearing dishes to ensure cleanliness and efficiency Process cash and card transactions accurately, including handling tips and receipts Upsell menu items like cocktails, wines, or desserts to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Maintain food safety standards by following sanitation protocols and proper food handling procedures Support kitchen staff by delivering food quickly and efficiently as a food runner Use OpenTable or other reservation systems to manage guest seating and waitlists effectively Engage with guests to foster positive relationships and address any special requests or concerns Experience Prior food service experience in restaurants or hospitality environments is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience in fine dining settings or with cocktail and spirits service enhances your candidacy Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of wine, spirits, and beverage service to assist with upselling opportunities Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and guest satisfaction Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Experience with food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling practices Previous roles such as host/hostess or busser provide valuable foundation experience Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm for hospitality makes every guest's visit extraordinary!
