As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring that all service standards are met.

Hours Needed:

Sunday 8am-8pm, Wednesday 5-11, Friday 3-12, Sat 3-12. Must be willing to work closing shifts with ability to worker later if we expand late night hours (Potentially to 3am on Fridays and Saturdays and 12am on weekdays) Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, providing excellent customer service throughout their dining experience. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha or Micros POS systems. Provide detailed menu descriptions, including daily specials, and make recommendations to enhance the guest experience through upselling techniques. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and address any special dietary needs or requests from guests. Manage table settings, including bussing tables promptly and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tips in accordance with restaurant policies. Assist with guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring overall satisfaction during their visit. Maintain knowledge of the menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings to provide informed recommendations to guests. Sidework. Stations must be filled and cleaned everyday. Qualifications Previous experience in diners preffered but food service or restaurant roles is optimal as well Familiarity with POS systems is highly desirable. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential. Culinary experience or kitchen experience is beneficial but not mandatory. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the restaurant's schedule.
