About Us Albuquerque's Garden Tea Room on 4th — a warm, locally owned tea room and boutique run by two best friends. We serve afternoon tea by reservation, carry 100+ tea varieties, and specialize in specialty chocolates in a cozy, garden-inspired space at 5939 4th Street NW. We're not a chain. We're your neighbors — and we take great pride in the experience we create for every guest who walks through our door. The Role We're looking for a server who genuinely loves making people feel special. Our guests plan their visits in advance — birthdays, anniversaries, girls' days out — and they're counting on us to deliver something memorable. What You'll Do Prepare for service each morning: review reservations, set tables, fold napkins, polish silverware and tea pots, and fill service stations Greet and escort guests, explain the menu tableside, and ensure every table feels attended and cared for Refill water and tea, acknowledge special occasions, and check in throughout the meal Present checks, collect payment, and invite guests to come back Close out the dining room: wipe menus, change tablecloths, clean dining areas, restrooms, and outdoor patio Pitch in wherever the team needs you — we share responsibility for everything Physical duties are a regular part of this role. You'll be on your feet for your full shift.
