Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards Assist with food preparation, beverage mixing, and presentation to ensure quality standards are met Support restaurant operations by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and maintaining cleanliness in accordance with food safety regulations Demonstrate excellent guest relations skills by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and creating a welcoming environment for all patrons Requirements Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems Strong knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine knowledge, and drink presentation techniques Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly for bill splitting and cash handling Prior experience with food safety practices and sanitation standards in the food industry Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest satisfaction Knowledge of restaurant operations including serving protocols, bussing procedures, and host/hostess responsibilities Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment Join us to deliver outstanding guest experiences while developing your career in the vibrant world of hospitality!
