Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and professional Server to join our full-service dining team. You will act as the primary point of contact for our guests, managing their entire dining experience from arrival to departure. The ideal candidate will blend excellent hospitality with fast, accurate service to ensure every guest enjoys a memorable meal.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Hospitality:

Greet guests warmly, present menus, and guide them through the dining experience.

Menu Expertise:

Answer questions about food and beverage ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods.

Order Management:

Take precise food and drink orders and input them accurately into the POS system.

Table Service:

Deliver meals promptly, perform quality checks, and clear tables between courses.

Financial Handling:

Total receipts, process cash and card payments, and provide accurate change.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with kitchen and hosting staff to maintain smooth dining room operations.

Side Work:

Perform opening, closing, and restocking duties to keep the service area clean and organized.
