Server/Waiter/Waitress

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, taking their orders, and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable. Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
• Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options
• Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
• Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure all special requests are communicated
• Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately
• Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
• Clear tables and clean dining area after guests leave
• Handle cash transactions and process payments using POS system
• Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent guest service

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
• Knowledge of the food industry and restaurant operations is an asset
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests
• Excellent multitasking abilities and time management skills
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
