Why This Role Matters The Bar Teammate supports daily operations within a high-energy, counter-service food and beverage outlet by delivering efficient, attentive and guest-focused service across multiple service areas. Requirements Previous food and beverage service experience required Experience in bar service, counter service or high-volume environments preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Working knowledge of POS systems and bar service operations Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and service standards Current New Mexico Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications required Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 30+ pounds Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed
