Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Familiarity with all menu items, menu prices and hours of operation and promotionsMaintain a clean work area and present positive customer service techniquesEnsures consistency and qualityOffering beverage/food to the patrons on the casino floor/lounge and picking up soiled dishes off the casino floor/loungeRinging up the beverage/food orders and waiting for the order to be madeDelivering the beverage/food to the patronsChecking, cleaning and stocking the beverage/self-serve stationsAssist guests with questions regarding activities on the propertyPractice TIPS awareness and the responsible service of alcoholReport all intoxicated guests to the F&B Supervisor or Manager on Duty.Complete daily side work
Skills, Education and Other Requirements:
