As a Food Runner , you will support the dining room and kitchen teams by ensuring every dish reaches the guest promptly, accurately, and with care. This fast-paced role is ideal for individuals who take pride in presentation, enjoy working as part of a team, and are committed to creating memorable guest experiences. Food Runners play an essential part in maintaining the flow and quality of service throughout the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver food from the kitchen to the correct tables promptly and professionally. Confirm each dish is accurate, properly presented, and complete before leaving the kitchen. Communicate effectively with servers, chefs, hosts, and managers. Assist with clearing, resetting, and maintaining tables throughout service. Respond to guest requests with warmth, urgency, and professionalism. Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary service areas. Support the restaurant team during busy periods and perform additional duties as assigned. Follow all Osteria Sierra policies, food-safety standards, and service procedures. Qualifications A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Refined verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work efficiently and calmly under pressure. Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and carry items for extended periods of time. Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, required.
