Overview We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and professional Server/Waitstaff to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring they have an enjoyable dining experience. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide menus promptly. Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests, ensuring special requests are noted. Serve food and drinks efficiently, maintaining presentation standards. Manage tips pooled with other staff members fairly and professionally. Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Clear tables and reset them for new guests efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including side stations and service areas. Follow all safety and sanitation policies to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to deliver seamless service. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A positive attitude, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role.
