Part-Time Server - The Waystone Restaurant & Trading Post Avon, NY The Waystone is looking for an experienced part-time server to join our team. We're a fast-paced breakfast & lunch restaurant focused on strong hospitality, teamwork, and creating a welcoming experience for every guest who walks through the door. This position requires Saturday and Sunday availability and a minimum of 2 years serving experience. Our servers typically handle extremely high volume sections, so we're looking for someone who is confident, organized, and comfortable managing that volume efficiently. Responsibilities Provide friendly, attentive service to guests Accurately take orders and handle payments Manage multiple tables in a fast-paced environment Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout shifts Work closely with kitchen staff and fellow servers Help create a positive, team-focused atmosphere Qualifications Minimum 2 years serving experience required Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy rushes Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Weekend availability required Familiarity with POS systems preferred Schedule Part-time Primarily morning/day shifts Must be available Saturdays and Sundays Additional weekday availability is a plus Pay Hourly ($10.70/hour + tips) Strong earning potential for experienced servers Flexible scheduling and employee meals available If you take pride in hospitality, work well under pressure, and want to be part of a hardworking local team, we'd love to hear from you.
