Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Recommend menu items and upsell specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and process payments efficiently with OpenTable or similar reservation systems Assist with food handling, food preparation support, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations at all times Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and guest satisfaction Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming environment Support host/hostess duties when needed by managing reservations and seating arrangements in a courteous manner Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Experience with OpenTable reservations system is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards in the food industry Ability to multitask effectively while managing time efficiently during busy hours Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order accuracy Serving or host/hostess experience is beneficial for understanding guest relations and hospitality standards Culinary or kitchen experience can be an asset for supporting food preparation tasks Join us to be part of a lively team where your energy makes every guest's experience extraordinary!
