The Roundhouse is hiring servers and support staff for our busy catering space. The starting pay rate for front of house staff in the catering space is $18 per hour. The Roundhouse provides the following benefits: Access to five sick days accrued per year. Five vacation days for full time employees after one year of service. 401(k) matching plan for all employees after three months of service. Ideal candidates have strong interpersonal skills and a passion for hospitality. Most events are Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Nights, weekends, including holidays are a must. Prior experience is a plus. The Roundhouse is a unique, historical property that overlooks both a beautiful, rushing waterfall and a bustling street corner in Beacon, NY. The singular name is home to a busy, full-service hospitality business, including a boutique hotel, event space, and an award-winning New American restaurant.
