At Ilio DiPaolo's Restaurant & Banquet Facility, our customers expect a fine dining experience and we're all about quality and value. We believe our mouthwatering Italian food, extensive menu, and our impeccable service speaks for itself. Our staff commits to guest satisfaction and teamwork. We work hard every day to consistently serve excellent food and the best possible restaurant experience. We're seeking applicants that are reliable, punctual, pleasant and customer service oriented. In this role, you will be responsible for contributing to the Dining Room Operations, helping and encouraging coworkers in a manner consistent with providing our guests the highest standard of service. We expect teamwork, good leadership skills and reliability from all our employees. Additionally, your responsibilities will include guest relations (whether this be your customers or other server's customers). We expect our staff to treat all guests and coworkers with respect and kindness. You will be expected to assist other tables guests and other servers.
