•$17.00 Base Pay- this is a tipped position. We work as a team so for each shift worked the servers will tip you a percentage on top of your base pay

• We're looking for a friendly, hardworking Server Assistant to join our team! This role is all about keeping service running smoothly and making sure our servers and guests have what they need. You'll work closely with the servers and kitchen throughout the shift to keep tables clean, stocked, and ready for guests while helping food get out quickly and efficiently. We're looking for someone who is upbeat, team-oriented, and takes pride in creating a great guest experience. You don't need to know everything on day one — we're happy to train the right person! What You'll Do Support servers throughout the entire shift to help keep service running smoothly and efficiently Run food from the kitchen to the correct tables in a timely manner Make sure guests have the proper plates, silverware, and other dinnerware they need Clear tables throughout the meal and reset them quickly for the next guests Keep dining areas clean, organized, and looking their best Assist servers with guest requests and anything they need during service Communicate with the kitchen and front-of-house team to keep things moving Maintain an upbeat, friendly attitude when interacting with guests Reset dining in room at end of night for next days service ie. vacuum, swiffer, reset dinnerware Jump in wherever needed — we're a team and everyone helps each other out! What We're Looking For Weekend availability is a must Restaurant experience is preferred, but not required Customer service experience is a plus Friendly, outgoing personality and a positive attitude Reliable and able to show up ready to work Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Able to stay on your feet and move quickly throughout a shift Someone who notices what needs to be done and is willing to jump in without always being asked Reliable transportation
