Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Food Runner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that food and beverages are delivered promptly and accurately to our guests. This position requires a keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Food Runner will collaborate closely with kitchen staff and servers to maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction. Duties Packing food for online order also and running food to the table for guests. Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area in a timely manner. Ensure that all orders are accurate and complete before serving. Assist in setting up and clearing tables as needed. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding any special requests or dietary restrictions. Support servers by assisting with refills, condiments, and other guest needs. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including FDA regulations and CGMP standards. Experience Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is preferred but not required. Familiarity with hand tools and basic mechanical knowledge is a plus. Experience operating forklifts or working in a warehouse setting may be beneficial. Understanding of logic controllers and the ability to fabricate or assemble items as needed can enhance performance in this role. Knowledge of packaging standards related to food service is advantageous.
