Job Description
As a Food Runner, you will assist in delivering dishes from the kitchen to customers' tables promptly and efficiently. Your attention to detail and commitment to exceptional customer service will contribute to the overall dining experience at 189 Burger!
Duties:
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of food orders
- Transport dishes from the kitchen to designated tables in a swift and organized manner
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen team to coordinate food delivery
- Uphold food safety standards and practices throughout the service process
Skills:
- Proficiency with Toast POS
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Previous experience in a restaurant setting is advantageous
