Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in sales transactions processing Serve food and beverages with professionalism, including drink service, wine knowledge, cocktail preparation, and Spirits experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, handling food safely, and adhering to food safety regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure proper food handling, preparation, and timely service during busy hours Manage guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction in both fine dining and casual settings Support beverage service operations at nightclubs or bar areas as needed, including cocktail mixing and spirits knowledge Assist with general restaurant duties such as food prep support, sanitation practices, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests Requirements Previous food service experience in restaurants or hospitality environments; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting Hospitality or food industry background preferred; culinary experience is a bonus but not required Join us as a Server where your energy fuels memorable experiences! Pay:
