Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, present menus confidently, and provide detailed descriptions of food and beverage options to enhance their experience Take accurate orders using POS systems, ensuring all special requests are noted and processed efficiently Serve food and beverages promptly, including cocktails, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic drinks, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Process sales transactions accurately, handle cash or credit card payments, and give correct change while adhering to cash handling procedures Upsell menu items such as premium drinks or desserts to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning service areas, and following food safety protocols Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations during busy hours Skills Proven experience in food service roles within restaurants or the food industry, including fine dining or nightclub environments Strong knowledge of POS systems for efficient order processing and sales management Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and handle guest relations professionally Knowledge of beverage service including spirits, wine, cocktail preparation, and drink presentation techniques Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively with strong time management skills during high-volume periods Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Food safety certification knowledge along with experience in food handling, sanitation, and proper food preparation techniques Join us to deliver outstanding service in a lively setting where your energy makes a difference!
