Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be able to provide exceptional customer service, work well under pressure, and maintain a clean and safe dining environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve guests promptly and efficiently.
• Take orders accurately and process payments using a cash register or Toast POS system.
• Ensure that all food and beverages are served in a timely and clean manner.
• Maintain a high level of food safety and hygiene at all times.
• Provide help to customers as needed, answering questions about the menu and making recommendations.
• Manage time effectively to ensure that all tables are served promptly.
• Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest leaves the restaurant satisfied and wanting to return.
• Clean and maintain the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff to ensure that orders are prepared and delivered in a timely manner.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Server in a restaurant or food service environment.
• Strong knowledge of food handling and safety practices.
• Basic math skills to handle cash and operate a cash register.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Familiarity with cash registers and Aloha POS systems.
• Ability to lift and carry trays and equipment as needed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A commitment to maintaining a clean and safe dining environment, including knowledge of food safety regulations.
