Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Server to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with the kitchen and bar staff Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments with openTable or similar reservation systems Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving concerns professionally Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless restaurant operations during busy nights or nightclub events Experience Previous restaurant experience in a food service environment, preferably in fine dining or nightlife settings Demonstrated knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Experience in food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures aligned with industry standards Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking across serving, bussing, and cashiering duties Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing; familiarity with food industry terminology is advantageous Prior host/hostess or serving experience in nightlife venues or nightclubs is desirable Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to creating extraordinary experiences for our guests!
