Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Process cash and credit card transactions accurately, including handling cash handling procedures and processing sales transactions Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and assisting with food handling safety protocols Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly to foster positive guest relations Qualifications Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing tabs Familiarity with wine knowledge, spirits experience, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and guest satisfaction Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding service in a dynamic setting!
