SAGE Dining Services® is seeking a Prep Cook / Line Server for a private boarding school in Hoosick, NY. Here, you will join an join an established team that prides itself on providing exceptional dining experiences that foster community among the students, faculty, and staff at our schools. A Prep Cook is responsible for preparing ingredients and workstations for meal preparation in a kitchen. This involves tasks like washing, chopping, and portioning food items, as well as ensuring a clean and organized work environment. Schedule:
Hiring for both morning and night positions. Available overtime for catering events with prior notice.

Generous referral program. What you'll do: Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members. Maintain the customer service areas to ensure our guests enjoy amazing dining experiences. Prepare assigned menu items in accordance with SAGE recipes. Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques (HAACP). What you'll need: Experience as a prep cook or line server in a commercial kitchen preferred. Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English accurately. Ability to interact with SAGE guests and Team Members in a professional and positive manner and provide service with a smile!
