Le Café Cent-Dix is looking for Servers to join their team! Le Café Cent-Dix is the quintessential neighborhood spot serving classic French bistro cuisine with an emphasis on seasonal and local ingredients.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Demonstrate expertise of all food and beverage menu items with sound knowledge of all ingredients and preparations. Consistently follows steps of service with efficiency and grace, while maintaining a sense of urgency throughout service. Anticipate guest needs, ensuring constant communication with colleagues, management, and the kitchen at all times during service. Maintain the high standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout all areas of the restaurant both before, during and after service. Demonstrate an eagerness to continue to learn and grow.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES

1-2+ years experience in a server role in a full-service restaurant Must be able to work standing or walking for 7-8 hours at a time Ability to balance & carry multiple plates, glass racks and or/glasses, and lift objects up to 30 lbs. Prior knowledge of wine and spirits, ability to inform and guide guests through beverage menu Must be able to comply with all health and safety standards

Pay:
