Duties Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Manage customers relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Handle cash transactions accurately through POS or cashiering systems, including cash handling and basic math calculations Assist with food handling, sanitation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to maintain smooth operations Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments Strong knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Ability to multitask effectively while managing time efficiently during busy hours Basic math skills for cashiering, check splitting, and handling cash transactions confidently Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality.
