Job Description
Job Overview Alléchant is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented server for Friday and Saturday evening dinner service, with additional hours available for the right fit. We are a busy full-service restaurant committed to merging the highest dining standards with neighborhood charm. Servers pool excellent tips on top of a $10.70/hr base wage. Duties Attend to a section of 5-8 tables: engage with guests, input accurate orders, fulfill drink requests, plate desserts, and process payments. Assist in bussing and setting up tables Set up/break down dining room and patio at the beginning and end of each shift Use slower moments to accomplish routine cleaning tasks across the restaurant Collaborate with kitchen and dish room to evenly distribute the load of daily cleaning tasks. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a hygienic working environment Experience/pre-requisites Previous server experience is mandatory for this position Attention to detail Sense of urgency Strong time-management skills Ability to engage genuinely with our guests Benefits A portion of pooled tips Post-shift meal Friendly work environment
