Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Server/Cashier, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Handle cash, credit card transactions, and process payments efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and basic math Ensure food safety standards are followed during food handling, preparation, and sanitation procedures Assist with food prep, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards Use reservation systems like OpenTable to manage guest seating and reservations effectively Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders in a fine dining or nightclub environment Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and fostering positive guest relations Support team members with food service tasks including serving, clearing tables, and supporting food industry best practices Qualifications Previous restaurant experience or food service background preferred; experience in fine dining or nightclubs is a plus Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is advantageous Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking efficiently Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation procedures Experience in upselling menu items and enhancing guest experiences through sales techniques Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling responsibilities Culinary or kitchen experience is beneficial but not required; willingness to learn is essential Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team dedicated to hospitality excellence Join us if you're passionate about delivering memorable dining experiences!
