In this role, you will deliver exceptional guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food, cocktails, spirits, wine, and beverages efficiently while maintaining proper presentation standards Upsell menu items to enhance guest experiences and increase sales opportunities Process cash and credit card transactions accurately, including handling tips and processing sales transactions Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas including tables, bar, and serving stations Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms is advantageous Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service enhances guest interactions Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and creating memorable dining experiences Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing tabs effectively Experience in fine dining environments or high-volume restaurants is a plus Join us if you're passionate about delivering top-tier service in a lively setting!
