The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have a keen understanding of the food industry. As a Server, you will play a vital role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by delivering high-quality service, ensuring food safety, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Duties Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while adhering to food safety standards. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring quality and presentation meet restaurant standards. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of orders. Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen and dining areas. Requirements Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
