Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a friendly demeanor. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast POS or Clover POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and proper food handling procedures. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout their visit. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols. Assist with opening or closing duties, POS reconciliation, and sanitation checks. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is a must. Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS, Clover POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.
