Duties Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu, highlighting specials and upselling opportunities to enhance their experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable, ensuring timely processing of sales transactions Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, supporting kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations; bus tables promptly to prepare for new guests Engage with guests proactively to foster guest relations, address inquiries or concerns promptly, and promote additional sales through friendly upselling techniques Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or bars Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for efficient order entry and sales processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in a lively atmosphere Demonstrated ability in beverage service including cocktail mixing, spirits knowledge, wine expertise, and drink presentation Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables simultaneously while maintaining quality service standards Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience in upselling menu items to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring guest satisfaction Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a dynamic environment Join us as a Server where your energy fuels memorable dining experiences! Pay:

$25.00 - $55.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 20.0 per week Application Question(s): Are you available for all Friday, Saturday and Sunday dinner (3:30-9:30 PM) shifts? If not, which ones are you available for EVERY week? Are you available for all Lunch (11:30AM-3:45 PM) shifts? If not which ones are you available for EVERY week? Are you working now?
