We are looking to fill Server roles at the iconic waterfront venue, The Surf Lodge. Skill in providing an excellent guest experience is a must, with each position playing a pivotal role in the success of the operation. If you'd like to gain experience in the restaurant industry and learn how to provide an excellent dining experience, we'd like to meet you. To be considered for this role, you should be available to work various shifts, primarily weekends during the day, and you must have housing secured. Available Positions:

Restaurant Server (primarily brunch, with potential for dinner shifts as well) Restaurant Host (brunch and dinner) Baristas (mornings and brunch) Cocktail Servers (club servers, nights and weekends) • Looking for: 1-2 years experience in a similar position OR a willingness to learn. Passion for food and basic beverage knowledge (depending on position) Ability to think on your feet and under pressure whilst maintaining a positive outlook and attention to detail Ability to multi-task Coachable and curious Professional, energetic demeanor Genuinely hospitable and excited to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to organize time effectively, forward plan, prioritize tasks to ensure workload is balanced and urgent situations are dealt with immediately.
