DINNER SERVER

| Bar Oliver Bar Oliver is seeking an experienced, high-level NYC restaurant server to join our evening service team. We are looking for someone with strong hospitality instincts, excellent service fundamentals, and experience working in a busy, quality-driven New York City restaurant. This is a front-facing role for someone who is warm, polished, organized, and comfortable maintaining a high level of service throughout a fast-paced dinner shift. Schedule 4 days per week Must be available to work evening and night shifts Role Responsibilities Provide attentive, polished, and professional table service Maintain strong pacing and organization throughout dinner service Develop detailed knowledge of the food, wine, and beverage menus Communicate confidently with guests and make thoughtful recommendations Work closely with the entire front-of-house team to ensure smooth and efficient service Prepare basic bar drinks when needed Use Resy to assist with reservations, walk-ins, and guest notes when needed Maintain organization and readiness of the dining room and service stations Complete opening, closing, and side work to a high standars Requirements 2+ years of serving experience, preferably in high-level restaurant Strong knowledge of food, wine, and restaurant service Basic bartending experience Excellent hospitality instincts and communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Highly organized, composed, and detail-oriented during busy service Professional, reliable, and team-oriented

Compensation Hourly:

$15.00 plus tips
