Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring the smooth operation of our food service, and upholding our high standards for cleanliness and food safety.

Duties:

• Know daily specials and recite them with enthusiasm to customers and suggest wine pairings
• Ability to take orders with a smile and great personality and help guide clients to try new dishes
• Run food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being attentive, friendly, and responsive to guest needs.
• Ensure that all food and drinks are served hot and fresh, as requested.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to the highest standards for food handling and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure that orders are fulfilled correctly and on time.
• Help to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the course of the shift.
• Be knowledgeable about the menu and be able to answer guest questions about the food and ingredients.
• Provide a welcoming and professional atmosphere for guests.
