Server Job Description Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Duties:

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take customer orders and relay to kitchen staff
• Serve food and beverages promptly
• Ensure accuracy in order delivery
• Provide recommendations on menu items
• Handle cash register transactions and process payments
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
• Adhere to food safety standards
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
• Proficient in basic math for handling cash transactions
• Knowledge of food safety guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
