Full Availability (Evenings/Weekends when applicable)Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing and executing dining solutions to meet customer needs and tastes. Oversees and manages all dining operations. Engage and develop team members to their fullest potential as well as reward and recognize employees for excellence. Plan and lead daily team briefings. Ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations. Maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationships. Demonstrate excellent customer service using standard service model. Ensure the completion and maintenance of P&L statements. Deliver client and company financial targets. Adopt all Lessing processes and systems, understand performance metrics, data, order and inventory trends; educate teams on key levers to improve margins. Create value through efficient operations, appropriate cost controls, and profit management. Responsible for training and supervision of team members regarding production, quality and control. Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers and employees. Comply with all applicable policies, rules and regulations, including but not limited to those relating to safety, health, and wage and hour. FOH hospitality experience is a plus, as this role serves as the face of the dining room, engaging with guests, managing service flow, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience from start to finish.Qualifications:
