A LA CARTE SERVER

Come Work Where the View Is Part of the Experience. Coveleigh Club is hiring an experienced A La Carte Server to join our team immediately. Set along the Long Island Sound in Rye, NY, Coveleigh is a private membership club with breathtaking waterfront views, an exceptional membership, and a collaborative team that takes pride in creating a great experience for our members and their guests. We are looking for an experienced server who enjoys hospitality, knows what great service looks like, and wants to become part of a team for the entire season.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As an A La Carte Server, you will be responsible for providing polished, attentive, and genuinely friendly service in our dining room.

• Create a welcoming experience for members and their guests
• Take orders accurately and confidently
• Understand our food and beverage offerings and be comfortable making recommendations
• Deliver food and beverages with attention to timing and presentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service area
• Work closely with fellow servers, bartenders, culinary staff, and management
• Anticipate member needs rather than simply react to them
• Represent Coveleigh's standards of hospitality every time you step onto the floor

WHO... Has experience. Prior serving experience in a quality restaurant, club, or hospitality environment is required. Enjoys people. Our members know our staff, and building genuine relationships is an important part of the Coveleigh experience. You must have a passion for people. Works well with others. We believe the best service happens when the entire team works together. Is dependable. We are looking for someone who wants to work consistently throughout the season—not just pick up occasional shifts. Takes pride in their work. Details matter. Attitude matters. And how you make someone feel matters.

YOUR SCHEDULE

We need reliable availability for:

• Thursday evenings
• Friday daytime & evening
• Weekends — with flexibility We have some flexibility with weekend availability, but consistent Thursday and Friday availability is important.
