Job Overview Join our vibrant team as a Breakfast Server, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable mornings for our guests. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their breakfast experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Serve food and drinks efficiently, including coffee, and other beverages, ensuring proper presentation and quality Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in compliance with sanitation standards Process cash and credit transactions accurately while handling cash register operations and receipts Assist with food handling, prep, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth service flow Qualifications Prior food service or restaurant experience, preferably in a breakfast or fine dining setting Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while multitasking efficiently Basic math skills for processing sales transactions and handling cash accurately Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with beverage service including spirits, wine knowledge, cocktail preparation, and drink upselling is desirable Hospitality background with experience in guest relations and food industry operations Embark on a rewarding journey where your passion for hospitality makes every morning brighter for our guests!
