Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Server, where your energy and passion for exceptional service will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. Your culinary knowledge and food industry experience will help you anticipate guest needs and elevate their visit from ordinary to extraordinary. Whether guiding guests through menu options or ensuring food safety standards are met, your enthusiasm and professionalism will shine through every interaction. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring proper food handling and timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure smooth operations Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive dining atmosphere Use reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage bookings efficiently and optimize seating arrangements Experience Previous restaurant experience in a food service or hospitality setting is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms is a strong advantage Experience in fine dining environments or nightclubs demonstrates adaptability to fast-paced settings Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and basic math skills for cash handling and cashiering tasks Proven ability to manage time effectively during high-volume service periods while maintaining excellent guest service Strong communication skills with a focus on guest relations, upselling techniques, and team collaboration Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences in a lively environment!
