Job Description

We are seeking a passionate, polished, and hospitality-driven Server to join our contemporary American restaurant team. The ideal candidate is dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences through warm, personalized service while demonstrating a strong knowledge of seasonal ingredients, food and wine pairings, and fine dining etiquette. Our servers are expected to anticipate guests' needs, communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams, and maintain the highest standards of professionalism, precision, and attention to detail. This role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while creating memorable dining experiences that reflect our commitment to excellence.
Qualifications:
3+ years of serving experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant preferred. Strong knowledge of contemporary American cuisine, wine, cocktails, and service etiquette. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
Pay:
$25.00 - $45.00 per hour
