Duties:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• process payments through the cash register
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
• Assist with food preparation and plating when necessary
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, kitchen, and server stations
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order delivery
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
• Upsell menu items and promote daily specials

Skills:

• Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest services and relations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
